How to get Your Driver Information
1) The day before the tour, our driver team will send you the driver information – driver’s name, plate number, and car picture – via WhatsApp or email (if not available).
2) Driver information will be provided to you by 9pm the night before the tour.
– If you did not receive any message, please contact us via whatsapp or email.
Meet driver at the airport
1) Your driver will be waiting at the “meeting hall(indoor)” holding a sign with your name on it.
2) Your driver confirm your arrival with your flight code number.
3) Free waiting time is 90 minutes from the time the plane actually arrives.
There is enough time for immigration, customs clearance, and baggage claim.
(If you need more time or want to schedule a meeting time, please let us know.)
Meet driver at hotel/Airbnb
1) Your driver waits at the hotel’s main entrance, approximately 10 minutes before meeting time.
2) When your driver arrives, we will send you a message via WhatsApp. Please check the message and meet the driver.
luggage allowance
1) The allowed number of luggage is 24inch suitcase per person.
1) 1 luggage per passenger is allowed.
(We can carry more luggage than the number of people. However, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of your luggages.)
2) Also, please understand that the more luggage you carry, the narrower the space may be.
